Problem dual-booting win2k and win98

The problem is that my computer thinks I still have windows 98 and still gives me the option to boot into either OS. How can I get rid of that screen? Just so ya know, almost ( AFAIK, obviously not all) all traces of windows 98 have been erased from my secondary HDD. But it still gives me the option. 🙁
