Problem displaying webpage?

I tried to access a certain website recently, which I know exists as I have visited it before. When I did in Firefox (I have 1.0.1), it showed a blank page. When I checked the source code, it displayed:

Code:
<HTML><body></body></HTML>

That is it. The website uses frames, which should not be in any way disabled in Firefox (is that even possible?!).

The website is http://www.bakaneko.com.

I tried viewing it in IE, and though I didn't check the source in IE, it showed up as a blank page.

I asked a friend to check if he gets the same thing, but he sees the website correctly on his computer.

Why did this happen? How can I remedy this?

EDIT: Oh, I forgot to mention, I tried checking Google's cache, but, other than the bar at the top explaining the Google cache thing, it was blank too.
