Problem Devices under WIN ME

I go under system information and always see the following error message under problem devices. :ACPI IRQ holder for PCI IRQ Steering". Doesn't come up under win98se or win2k. Asus a7v133 board all current drivers. Interestingly loking at some big boy "boxes i.e. Dell Gateway or Compaq. Frquently see the same thing under ME. Is this MS flake stuff or are we receiving new boxes with problems these days?
