I see that it is dated from 2/8/2007 and on a separate drive, plus there's no thumbnail preview for the other folders, so clearly these are older backups - did you do it from another OS or even a previous Vista install?
In any case, the easiest approach is usually to make yourself owner of the folders and yield full permissions to them. Highlight, right-click, properties, Security tab, Advanced, Owner tab, Edit, change the owner to yourself/username. At the original Security tab you can then Edit the permissions and give yourself/username or Users (if necessary) full permissions. If you have multiple folders here with the same problem, just do this to the E drive itself.
