I stand corrected then - my info is updated.
But yes, AFAIK there's no way without 3rd party SW to move from NTFS -> FAT32. Only the other way round.
Hmm - easiest way:
* Copy Data from NTFS disk onto some backup-disk/device.
* Delete NTFS partition & re-create it as a FAT-32 partion.
* Format new FAT-32 partition.
* Copy data back.
Should do the job for you, I would hope. That's if you've got the backup space
