The Kev Master

Dear Guys,
Some of you have heard about The Kev Master from SD and FW.
Anyway, The Kev Master has a Motorola WPS870G Wireless Print Server and constantly I have problems connecting to it.
Sometimes, rebooting the print server does the trick but most times it requires the wireless router to be rebooted followed by rebooting the print server before you can connect to it and print.
Off late, its not been cooperating with either.
First, he was wondering if there was something he can do about setting it up correctly.
If that is not possible what should he buy.
He currently has a Samsung CLP-500 color laser printer that he's not willing to give up unless it dies due to the price he got it for with a whole set of spare toners.
