Problem Connecting to client with R@H

I replaced a UPS and powered down the computer in the process. I know, silly me! When I restarted it, R@H does not find the client. BOINC Mgr. runs fine, but it is like it can't find LOCALHOST. I reran install and selected Repair. Didn't help. I am doing this from the computer, so we know the network works. Besides it never gets that far as it can't find the friggin client.

Any ideas?

That's similar to how my Boinc acted when a BBC-CCE WU crashed. I did an uninstall of BOINC (Add/Remove programs) and then a re-install and it took care of everything.

The best part is that despite the uninstall and reinstall, my cache and my work in progress was preserved and nothing was lost in the process.

(I think the uninstall process clears the file(s) that get borked in the crash)

Thanks for the quick response Sid!

I was just coming back to say NVM!

I uninstalled, and reinstalled, but it still didn't work until I rebooted. Maybe that was all it needed.
