Problem: Captures B/W without sound using VIVO...

I have a Gainward Geforce2 Ti 500/XP VIVO and I'm using Ulead VideoStudio that it came with, I am using the composite and I am only getting a black and white image and no sound, how do I get color and sound? Any help or advice would be appreciated...
