Problem: Can't use all 3 ram slots on KT7-Raid!?!

Is anyone successfully using all 3 ram slots on a KT7-Raid?

I searched these forums as well as the Unofficial KT7 FAQ page, but no luck.

Here's a list of my ram:
- 128 meg stick of KingMax cas2
- 128 meg stick of Mushkin cas2 rev2 (or was it rev1.2?)
- 256 meg stick of KingMax cas2

As long as I only use 2 slots (and it doesn't matter which 2) I can use any combination of 2 of the sticks listed above, and my system can run all day long. However, as soon as the last ram lot is used, I get system lockups in both winME and win2kpro.

Now here's the kicker: My system lockups ONLY occur in 3D apps (i.e. games). This goes for both ME and 2K.

I will be updating BIOS, VIA and nVidia drivers tonight. And I have a few other things to try, but I would like to know if other people have had problems with using all 3 ram slots.

I am using all three slots on my KT7A-RAID, but I am not sure if it is different with the KT7. I am using three 128mb sticks of Mushkin Rev2, but I think you may be having trouble due to the three different types of memory. All three of mine are the same because I figured I might have problems interchanging ram. Different manufacturers use different timings and memory chips, and it may be that they don't like to work together. Sorry I couldn't help you more. :(

After flashing to latest bios, installing new driver, etc. I got all 3 sticks working in win2k. But the catch is that I had to set all my ram options in the KT7-raid bios to their safest settings, which means my q3 fps rate is so low now, I can't play in 10224x768. If change one bios setting, the system crashes.

So it looks like I'll be running 384megs instead of the 512meg I was hoping :(
