Problem building system

I am building my first computer and have encountered a problem.
I think I have everything installed correctly, but when I first start up the system hangs when trying to enter the bios.
I'm using an Asus M2N32-SLI deluxe with an Athlon FX2-62 processor.
I cleared cmos when I first encountered this.
I start up and get the Asus AI Lifestyle m2n32-sli deluxe splash screen telling me to hit delete to enter setup, when I hit delete it says entering setup and hangs there.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks

Could be a ram problem. List your hardware here. Try one stick of ram only, and try switching ram slots. You might have a bad stick of ram, or your ram voltage may be too low.

Asus M2N32-SLI deluxe
Athlon FX2-62
2 gb Corsair twin2x2048-6400c4 ram
Sony Blu-Ray drive
2 500GB Seagate 7200rpm SATA HD's
Creative Xfi sound card
Saphire HD 2600XT video card.

OK, try 1 stick of ram in each of the slots, then try the other stick by itself too. The manual should list the proper slot to use for 1 stick only. Then report back. Corsair says the voltage should be 2.1 volts.
