Problem Booting

Ok, I have a DFI Lanparty UT 250gb socket 754, 2x512mb Ram, BFG 6800 OC AGP video card, 3000+ AMD 64, etc.

Basically what happens is when I try to boot I hear the CPU fan spinup but I have no powerlight on my system nor anything displaying on my monitor. This machine worked fine for about 8 months or so. I have swaped all the components onto my other motherboard and the machine booted fine so I don't think its my other components, I have tried reseting the BIOS using the jumper for 30 sec intervals and a 8 hour interval (recommended by a tech).

Other than getting an RMA, what else could I possibly try? I haven't noticed any physical damage like blown capacitors but could do a more thorough inspection.

Thank You
