I have just bought a new PC, an Athlon 3500+ 939 with an Asus a8n-sli motherboard. I have a problem with a skystar 2 board. It has worked fine for two days but now it won't let the PC turn off. I had to remove all net ports from PC bios configuration because the PC did not boot anymore (I reloaded default parameters in bios settings using the jumper and at the first boot I disabled firewire and lan ports).
I tried two different skystar boards, I reinstalled everything, changed PCI slot but nothing, the PC won't boot. I haven't tried to re-enable firewire and lan ports to see if they are OK now. In your opinion, is it only a IRQ problem ? If yes, do I have to change it from bios or Windows settings ?
