Problem accessing forum

Hi, I have a problem accesing forum from my home computer. Every time I see the following message "Sorry. The administrator has banned your IP address. To contact the administrator click here". I have no problem when accessing from another computer or using proxy. I tried to contact the administrator but no answer. Any idea how can I solve the problem? Thank you.
