Problem about Abit KG7Raid + AMD XP 1700

I flashed KG7Raid MB bios to the latest ver. (kg79m). My MB detected my CPU as AMD XP 1500 and 100 FSB. I have to set it up manually to AMD XP 1700(133). Then, my system froze after few mintues. I tried it many times, it still kept freezing. Anyone can help me. I tried to test it with AMD XP 1700 CPU, coolmaster HSF, MB and Video card only.
