Guys,
Good Morning, I need your advice and expertise. This motherboard is getting on my nerves. After three rma's, this motherboard still does not work. When I put a processor, like the pentium III 550 into the slot1, there is a constant beep which repeats ever 5 second intervals without stoping. I even tried another processor a Celeron 450 slot1 and it has the same problem. I know both processor works because i've tested it on my other system. All the components i'm going to use for this computer is test and works. I gotten to the point, where i just plug in the processor, and turn power on and the beep still occurs, nothing else is in there. I tried many different combinations from processor, ram, video card, to processor ram and so forth. Nothing changes.

What should i do, should i yell at ABit or just get a new board. Need advice.

Thanks
good luck

The problem is your memory.
When you install it, gently rock it side to side, and then make sure it is vertical.
Also, make sure you clear the CMOS.:):
