Probably wrong forum but I NEED HELP!!!

Whenever I restart my computer it gives me this pop-up menu and ive gone basically through Search and Destroy Ad Aware, Add/Delete programs and virus detections trying to get rid of it. Also, I get this everytime i try to check my E-mail ... it goes to AOL.com and then redirects it to that site...

**DO NOT GO TO THE FOLLOWING WEBSITE** Now the thing that started this is i went to www.talkstocks.net ..... **DO NOT GO HERE** because it was disguised as something else... it installed all sorts of pr0n stuff that took me a good portion of the night to get rid of???

Any suggestions on what to do regarding the first 2 problems???

I had some crap from MessengerPlus installed, couldn't get rid of it, only formatting killed it off. Vermin, vermin i tells you.

Rollback on WinXP or reformat

control panel, administrative tools, services..

kill messenger.

change its startup type to "disabled"

and use spybot

From the start menu-run, punch in msconfig and go into the startup tab and remove anything that looks like it doesn't belong there.

Then chase the damn thing down in registry.

Have you got adaware and spybot updated to the latest definitions? And what was the name of that BHO tool - that might be useful for this.

Lastly, find out where this company is based and pay them a visit with a fire axe
