I'll tell you what. Go to the range, load a 12 gauge with 1 oz. slugs, hold the butt about 1/8 or 1/4 inch from your shoulder, while sitting standing off-balance, and pull the trigger. Then come back and tell us what happened.

EDIT: Looking at it more closely, though, I think I see a bolt. These may be some high caliber Magnum, like a .458 or .475. Hard to tell.

What type of gun is that? It looks bolt action but in the second video it looks like there is a ramrod in place under the barrel. The kick of the gun kinda reminds me of I video I had of some guys shooting a nitro express.

Is that a .50 BMG rifle?

Either they are not holding it right, or it has been rigged to do that, or it is much more than a 12ga shotgun or a heavy magnum rifle. Any adult can fire one of those without a problem, it would take a serious round to do that.

This being said, I've seen people shoot .50 BMG sniper rifles like that and it does much the same thing. After listening to it again, it cannot be, it isn't the right pitch sound. Too small too, probably rigged to do that.

Sigh...
