Probably a stupid question

I just got my first ATI card, and I'm playing around with the settings. How does one turn off AA and AF? The lowest settings on the scale seem to be 2x. Is turning it off the same as clicking the "aplication pref." (or something like that)box?

Yes app preference is off unless the app you run uses it.

I see. Thanks. I guess I was just used to the way the Nvidia control panel is set up.
