Probably a stupid question regarding Linksys WRT1900AC

Looking at the network map, I see 3 devices that I don't recognize. They show as wired connections with the name NSXGT1-8040317 with all the same IP addresses. Can someone clue me in as to what these are?

VOIP phone adapter, blueray player or smart tv will all show up if on the network.
