I joined Denil's herd for the exact reasons he gave. He was the first - and only - to ask 😉, he did it in a polite, reassuring and personal way and he's a member of Anandtech that I respect enormously. Besides, if he's got Wombat Woman's approval, how could I disagree?

I feel so violated...dennilfloss sent me one PM, and before I got a reply to one of my PMs, I was already cracking. I felt like he really cared...I guess this is how the Borg works. Lol, nah, what a great way to help a great cause. That cause is to make Team Anandtech kick the most ass! WAHOO!

ChrichtonsGirl, being a Borg means that you have no individual statistics unless you flush through Mika's proxy (I don't know how) and check your IP address in the list there. You do however gain the Collective stats of TA Cube, which kick major ass. 🙂 These are listed in my sig as Borg. You can all find your machine listed in my herd on the first part of my sig.

You can see the client progress by right-clicking on the little cow and choosing 'restore'. In there, you can also see a summary of the packets done and the average speed in Mkeys/s. To see how this compare with the optimum speed for your cpu type and MHz, just go to this page.. If some underlying processes (e.g. screensavers, task manager) are slowing you down, you can go check the links mentioned in this thread to use two very good and small utilities to see that.

I just thought I would throw this in for the people eagerly awaiting the return of the stats. From what dennilfloss has listed on his official borg page, he should be able to achieve a minimum of 50421 WU/day! That in itself will propel the borg very close to the top of the individual rankings!
 
Denis is the Energizer Bunny - he just keeps going... and going.. and going...

Soon there will have to be a "DennilBorg" Unimatrix two, and three...
