hey guys,
i just downloaded the 180 day trial for windows pro x64. well it says to copy the image to cd and then boot from it. you cant just extract the files n run it. well i tried to burn the files to the cd but after its done, it says the cd is empty. WTF?! well i see on the back of the cd that it does have files on it but windows doesnt see them. so i have a question.........should i just burn the zip file on the cd or the folder with the extracted files?? or the files right on the cd?? please tell me i really wanna try it out....thanks in advance. 🙂

Isn't the file a .ISO file? If so, that's a cd image file and you can just use your burning software to burn that image to a cd.

i think i know what the problem was. it showed up as a winrar file.......so it didnt burn correctly. i just burned it and ill post when it installs.......wish me luck.

UPDATE: one of the files wouldnt copy during the blue screen install part. and now it goes up to welcome screen and says its missing that file anf explorer.exe could start or w/e. then it just stands still but i can still do the crtl+alt+delete and restart. wat should i do???? should i copy the iso file to another cd or download it again.. mayb bad copy???? help me
