Pro/E is pissing me off

Admittedly I am not an expert yet with this software, but I'm finding it incredibly difficult to do simple tasks. The parts are fairly easy to create, but try to dimension it or modify it, and you can forget it! I can't even figure out how to call out a diameter instead of a radius. My other experience is with Ideas, which I found to be both powerful and user friendly. Pro/E is surely powerful, but this UI plain sucks.

It is Wildfire. This is all we have license for, not like I can go putting 5 different CAD packages on my computer.
