Pro Bowl is on a Saturday?

i remember a couple years ago going... why is this on saturday?

Because of the new NFL television contract, the network which airs the Super Bowl will air the Pro Bowl; the 2007 game is held on the Saturday after Super Bowl XLI because of the 2007 Grammy Awards. The 2008 game, on Fox, will revert to Sunday, because Fox has the Budweiser Shootout on the Saturday after Super Bowl XLII. (from wikipedia)
