Might be a good way to get fitness questions answered and encourage each other to stick with whatever we're currently doing. Stuff comes up here in OT all the time but eventually gets buried in the neffing. I'm kind of on a mission right now to finally get back to racing fitness after years of half-assing my cycling program. I could also upload my heartrate data and my progress with the Carmichael Training Systems 30-day introductory program.
