I use Hamachi to join people into my college network for gaming, printing to my laser printer when I'm on the road, acessing our 1.8TB of storage on our file server and that sort of thing. For 90% of my users, Hamachi can make a full connection. However for a few users, their family's routers block the UDP ports Hamachi needs to negotiate connections. Que in Proxy Server. I have a VPS that's hardly getting used and it would be perfect for this. I need to know how to install and set up a private proxy server on my VPS for those few users to use, so that Hamachi can use it to bounce out to the Hamachi negotiate servers. The server runs Debian 4.0. Any good guides to set this up?
