I have a copy of the Terms and Conditions and it doesnt mention privacy at all. I will post them if anyone wants them.

Didn't you get the memo? We don't have any privacy rights. The mods took it out, something about wanting to sell us to big, burghley men.:Q Seriously though, I can't find it either, which is odd because I could swear I read it earlier this year.
