Prison guards find basketball full of pot

They seized the basketball from the Talawanda Heights unit, which houses 65 minimum security inmates for the prison and sits away from the main part of the facility.
That's why. Minimum Security = non-violent crimes, etc. So I doubt they really care that much about what goes on in there.. as opposed to a Federal or Maximum Security Prison.

In other news, the General Manager of the Portland Trailblazers contacted the warden of the Oklahoma State Penitentiary to inquire about certain prisoners' contract status.
