A prison spokesperson insists the decision to reprimand the officer for airing the movie has nothing to do with the film's gay plot, stating, "It was the graphic nature of sexually explicit scenes."

Officials further insist the guard failed to follow guidelines that require staff who schedule films to review them in advance for excessive violence, nudity or sex, as well as scenes involving assaults on correctional staff.

Technically, the film doesn't have excessive violence, nudity or sex, or scenes involving assaults on correctional staff. Or does it? I remember them starting towards a sex scene in the tent (the first time) and making out and stuff, but I don't remember an actual "SEX" scene. Was there one?

The most explicit scenes were male-female, not male-male.
