Prison Break Question.

In ep 105 the secret service agents try to convience the warden to transfer scofield or else they will tell Judy (his wife) about Toledo.

But then Judy says something in ep 103 (when Scofield is building the Taj in the office) something along the lines of "Oh, don't tell me this is Toledo all over again", and the Warden says it's not, but she doesn't believe him and she's about to go in when Scofield comes out and tells the Warden "he's not going to be able to co-operate, Johnson's still in there deciding?"

So doesn't she already know about Toledo?

she DOES NOT know he had a kid with that woman, and also does not know that kid is dead

I think the warden will get fired and the captain will take over as acting warden
