Printing via VPN

I have setup remote access through VPN and have established a connection. He wants the ability to print from an application running on the remote PC (XP) back to a printer on the home pc (vista). To complicate things the printer on the Vista PC is a Dell USB All In One printer. I have successfully done this XP to XP machine. You just have to make sure the print drivers for the local machine are loaded on the remote machine so it will auto-create the printers when you connect. The problem I foresee is install a Vista print driver on an XP machine. It may not be a big deal, but I would like some assistance on this.

when you are connected via VPN, go to Start -> Run -> type in \\Vista computer name and press enter. If you have the sharing permission and firewall setup correctly, you should see the printer listed. Double click on the printer and it should setup the drivers for you automatically(I hope). Then try to print.
