Printing to file???

I want to save an Acrobat file I found online to my HD, but it does not allow Save. Is there a way I can "print to file", maintaining the file as a PDF? Do I need special software for this?

When clicking on the link try holding down the shift button, that should give you a save dialog box, or you can look in your browsers cache files, it should be there but under a different name but still a .PDF
