Does anyone have any ideas what it means where a user who has a laptop is trying to print from a program to a Hewlett Packard Deskjet 340 on an infra-red port and then they get the message " windows 32 error code 50 the network request is not supported" combined with the system trying to scan the floppy drive?
Any ideas?
