Printing - Soft Loading Fonts with Printer Pooling

Hello all. I want to enable printer pooling on a small network -- but there is a small catch. Some programs soft-load fonts before printing, and in the print queue the soft loading/unloading makes every print job look like 3. If I enable pooling, might windows split these three 'jobs' up i.e. the fonts are soft loaded onto on one of the laser printers, but the actuial job sent to one of the other two?
