Printing problem

My g/f's grandpa's pc will not print anything from IE6 SP1. All that prints is the header and footer, none of the page content. In the footer where it normally displays the url it is displaying some local file in the windows temp directory. He can print in other apps such as word, excel, etc. Any ideas on why this is occuring???

Thanks.

Yep, page setup looks just like that. Print option is set to print all frames individually but I've tried several web pages w/o frames or anything so I know it's not that. The reason has got to be linked to why the URL is showing as some local file rather than the web page itself but I don't know how to fix it?????
