Printing only last page of multiple page doc in WinXP

Saw this issue on a user's PC about a week ago. I must have spent over 15 minutes messing with her printer settings but nothing worked so I restarted her PC and voila it worked. Today another user had the same problem. Both users has the same HP printer on WinXP sp3 with same drivers.
 
Sounds like a driver issue. HP are notorious for having strange things happening with their drivers.
