Printing on WAN

I have several offices spread around the world on my WAN, a couple of these offices aren't big enough to have their own Windows Server, so I have a print spooling problem. I need to find some sort of device that can spool print jobs locally, like a PC, and share out a printer on the WAN so that the HQ and send jobs that haven't been spooled across the network saving our bandwidth.

Any ideas? I don't want to put PCs out there that aren't going to be used and I don't want to effect the performance of the PCs already there.
