Printing on Index Cards in Word

How do I do this? I have it at 3x5...but the text is still going off the card when I print. Help?

print it out on 8 1/2 by 11, lay a 3x5 card over it, measure the gaps, adjust margins

too much work....ive done this before...oh well

Just resize the entire paper to 3"x5". That's what I did and I changed the thing to landscape so it printed sidewards.

Set the tabs so they are about 3.25"... who cares about vertical.

Print it, cut out and paste to index cards. Much easier.

File > Page Setup > Paper Size
3x5, adjust margins, voila

Yes, but it's not word that is limiting you, but your printer. If your printer has a special slot for notecards, report back and I'm pretty sure I can tell you what to do (Hasn't done in in years)
