"Printing Notification" within WIN NT

when printing it WIN NT from Notepad, i always get a "printing notification" i need to stop this, i print like 60 files per morning and i dont want to have to keep clicking OK... how do i shut this off, im printing from Winnt WS through netwk to a Shared printer on Winnt as well. Thanks
