Printing in a wireless LAN

Hi all,

A company has a wireless lan. This includes access points scattered across the building, one controlling its own area (cell).

How does one print to the nearest printer if say I take my notebook to the MD's office from the IT room and want to print a document out at his printer?

Does the Cisco IOS support such a feature?

I'm told there's some software that can be bought to manage this but have no clue where to look.

The model of AP is Cisco Aironet 1230AG.

Thanks.
