Printers printing out garbled text ?

2 computers and 2 printers. My computer, when printing to printer 1 and printer 2, no issues, all text prints out okay.
My colleagues computer, when printing to printer 1, all garbled text comes out, when they print to printer 2, no issues??

The printing is of exactly the same website page in all circumstances.

Any help much appreciated in finding a solution.

Colleague's PC drivers for printer 1 are corrupt or incorrect. Iwould remove that printer from that PC and reinstall, then verify with test page. Assume these are network printers.
