Printer via wifi?

My all-in-one (HP 2840) has a network port, but I don't wanna run a cable all the way to the room it's sitting in. Is there some sort of an adapter I can buy to hook it up to wifi?

Most of the "gaming adapters" will work as long as it is the type the plugs in to the ethernet port and is not usb.

Might be less expensive and much better results, using an inexpensive Wireless Router with DD-WRT configured to client Bridge.

Only $33, and in case it needed, can do x10 more than a game adapter.
