Printer Sharing Problem

I have a small workgroup network with an XP Home machine that has a locally attached HP Laser Jet 6L printer that's shared. I can't get an NT 4.0 Workstation machine to install this network printer. When it asks for a printer driver I point it to the drivers I downloaded from HP and extracted, but it says something about it can't find any suitable drivers. The other XP and the Windows 95 machine on the network can both print to this shared printer. Any ideas?
