Printer queu hangin, cant delete document

I have a document hung in the printer que and I cant get it to cancel. It says it is cancelling but it hasnt. I have restarted the system, tried to pause the document and then cancel it. It just stays like it is cancelling but it wont delete. Anyone have an idea to try?
 
Try to cancel the item in the queue and then remove the device itself.

Restart the system and add back in the device.

I had to do this with a USB connected printer last week.
