This is my bf's username. I couldn't get a username because of my email.

So here's the problem. My teacher has put me in charge of fixing his computer but I'm no computer genius. Anyways, the problem is that everytime we try to print it wont and it says that the print is being aborted and that there is an unknown system error. So, I checked all the plugs and tried to print a test page and it didn't work. It said that the printer was printing even though I had canceled the print jobs. So the only thing I can think of is to reinstall the drivers. If anyone has more advice pleeease let me know! Thanks!
 
You need to give a little more info on the hardware involved.

What MODEL\MAKE is the PRINTER?

Is this a NETWORKED printer, SHARED printer, or LOCAL printer?

What OS (+ Service Packs if used)?

MORE INFO on the exact ERROR would help also.
