Printer Prints Blanks

Im trying to fix this printer. Its a Lexmark Z31 and here's what its doing. When I try to print a test page it gives me a color page, but nothing in black text. I cant seem to get it to print. The printer properties says the tank is full, but why wont it print black? Is the cartridge empty?

The ink tank gauges on my Z43 seem to lie sometimes. Take out the cartridge and shake it a bit - can you hear any ink sloshing around in there?
