I have had this print server (Dlink DP 101P+) working before, but it failed to work after one evening of some power surges. I was wondering if someone could provide some suggestions..

I have verified that the printer (HP 930C DeskJet) still works if I plug it directly into a computer with a parallel cable.

My WAN connection comes from my cable modem to my wireless router (Dlink DI-614+) to my switch (Dlink DSS-16+). From there I connect all of my wired connections; 3-12 systems, print server, etc.. Two of the systems share keyboard/mouse/monitor with a KVM switch (Dlink DKVM-4).

I have attempted to re-install the print server at least 3 times (each time following the instructions very carefully). When I tell it to print a test page, it just sits there and after a few minutes I get an error message stating that there was a problem printing.

I have attempted to change the port number from the default (192.168.0.10) to other numbers (192.168.0.11, 192.168.0.100, and 192.168.0.15). I have attempted to change the protocol from Raw to LPR (for each of the IPs listed above). While changing the setting to LPR, I checked the "LLPR Byte Counting Enabled" checkbox as well as use the "Port Name" from the "Server Device Configuration" screen for the "Queue Name".

I verified that the LEDs on the printer port are opperating correctly.

Thanks in Advance.
