Printer not printing right

Blue's missing. Run a nozzle test and then a head cleaning cycle. btw, after you've taken the print head out, you need to let it do its automatic realignment cycle.

No the nozzle test looks ok. It has black, blue, red, and yellow on it. I have tried different programs to print with and it all looks the same. the cd was printed in Media Face Design and the picture of my dog was printed with Easy Photo print. I can't find settings like the one nightcrawler in the advanced settings but I have set it to all defaults.

The nozzle test should show all ink colors in both normal and reduced dot size (looks lighter). If that's OK, then some color balancing preset in the printer driver software might be fscked up. I'd try removing and uninstalling the driver. Then download the latest from Canon, install, and have another go.

It exist cause even my old Canon BJC-2000 has the contrast settings.

Here is how I get to mine: Canon properties path with pics

Ok I found that color properties and it was all set in the middle I set it to default anyway and it looks the exact same. I then uninstalled the driver nothing. I uninstalled the whole thing driver and all the programs that it came with and still nothing. And the nozzle check page looks like I always remember it looking with a grid of all four colors.
