My landlord has a Toshiba Satalite M35X laptop and I can't get her HP
PhotoSmart 7530 printer to install. I tried the first time 2 months back
for the first attemp and nothing. I then installed both an older cannon and
my Epson C80 and they both installed and worked fine. I've been to both
HP and Toshiba's web site and came back empty handed. No SP2 patches
required or any known issues between the two. I'm not sure what to try
next. Funny thing is both Printers installed and worked fine on my computer
and my roomates and her second tower computer. What could be causing her's to not like the HP ? All 4 comuters have XP Home with SP2.
I hate to give on something so simple as installing a printer.
