Printer help needed.

Hey All,

I am having a problem with a HP 5 si mx laser printer. the problem is, a huge job was accidentaly sent to this printer, the job was cancelled both from the users computer and through the printers menu...but this job just keeps on printing. I dont want to just let it "print out" because it is a huge job, and it would waist alot of paper...anyone have any suggestions on how to delete the job? or can anyone point me in the direction of a help site for printer related issues.

It sounds like the complete job is contained in the printers memory. Try turning off the printer and pulling the power plug. Leave it disconnected from power for 1-2 hours. I would think that would clear the job from the printers memory.
