Question Printer for Disc Label Printing under $200

I need all-in-one printer for home use preferably ink tank (or inkjet if ink tank is out of budget) and with duplex printing if possible. Laser is out of my budget. I can't find any printer which can print on blank Discs (they have white Inkjet printable surface).

Can someone please suggest what all options are there !

It's been a long time since I printed on cd/dvd. Used to use expensive Epson printers. Canon also had a few models - doing a check I see this on Canon. The TS8320 hits your price. On Epson it's the XP-7100. Don't have any experience with either printer , check for reviews.
